Cherkasy "Nash Battalion"
Non-profit NGO “Nash Battalion” is an organization based in Cherkasy, Ukraine, run by volunteers since 2014, supporting the Ukrainian Army, as well as internally displaced people, hospitals, orphanages and others. They work tirelessly day and night – collecting, sorting and delivering various army supplies to the front lines, such as generators, sleeping bags, medicine and food rations.
“Nash Battalion” also has set up various refugee centers and family style orphanages for children escaping the war zones.
Zaporizhzhia "Step Wolves"
NGO “Step Wolves” is a group of amazing, brave volunteers supporting the Ukrainian army and defending the borders in the Zaporizhzhia region.
Unable to serve in the official army for variety of (personal / health / age) reasons, they refuse to stay on the sidelines and are bravely defending their city’s borders, collaborating with the army and lending them a helping “local” hand.
Helping Ukrainian Refugees
The Bay Area became a temporary home for multiple refugee families – mainly mothers and children – fleeing the war in Ukraine, escaping the missiles and bomb shelters.
We currently help a few families in the East Bay with daily expenses. In addition, we extend our help to Ukrainian refugee families in various parts of Poland and Germany, where we cover rent and day care costs.

The lives of families living in Ukraine have been turned upside down. People like you and us who were living regular, peaceful and happy lives are now hiding in bomb shelters, have lost their homes and jobs, and consider themselves lucky to be alive.

We work closely with trusted volunteers, and we monitor and know exactly where all donations go. We are happy to provide you with donation receipts for the IRS.
